Great product for stripping many layers of old paint!

These are Chinese made, and last 3 mins on concrete. I’d need 100 to finish my small porch. I’d save my money if I had another chance.

These grinder discs are a must have to remove paint before welding. They remove rust and paint with ease. They work on any standard grinder.

Easy paint removal on steel and wood, takes off power coating on metal quickly and easily. Perfect for cleaning oxidation from metal prior to welding and can be used to remove splatter after welding. Non-clogging so work stoppages are minimal. Grit is not marked but purple is typically used for paint, rust, and corrosion removal.

I powdercoat a lot of hitches and need various types of medium to get into all the crack and crevasses before the final sandblast to prepare for shooting the powder. My grinders are Dewalts and they are a perfect size with one exception. The thickness of the pad makes it very difficult to tighten the nut. Its very reasonably priced and may save you some issues. As for how long they last?? Well I have to look at them as a needed consumable. I go through about 50 to 100 a year but these save so much time it is worth it. I took a picture of the before and after of one of the hitch bars. This literally took 5 minutes for all sides. Time is money and these are my favorite tools for removing the slag, coatings or rust from flat surfaces. I hope you find this review helpful. These discs remove paint and rust very well, but they tend to wear out sooner than I would like. Overall I would recomend them to family and friends.

These work really well. The problem is they wear out rather quickly. I used a wire brush on an angle grinder first and then finished with these. That worked. I do recommend them with the limitations I listed. The price is good compared to what they cost in big box stores.

I am Stripping the paint off my house and we have been going through paint discs like water. This brand is well-made and lasts a lot longer than the other. Highly recommend.

If youre looking to clean a surface of old paint and rust before you weld or paint it, these are fantastic. Theyll make short work of it and fit my little off brand grinder with no problem. These are a good value- but use as light a touch as you can in order to get the most out of them. 5 stars, will buy again.

The abrasive pads are not concentric with the backing disk. When used, the grinding assembly is out of balance and vibrates. Sloppy assembly.
