Somehow he lost a screw from the visor a few months later, customer service sent us a replacement free of charge and they were very cordial.

This helmet is incredibly sexy. I got a large more my 7 year old nephew! Who has a slightly larger head. Fits perfect. It looks exactly like the picture only better in person. The padding on the inside is high quality! The straps are ever padded against the chin straps. This is the best price! If I didnt know any better I would say it were a 150$ helmet!

My son is 5 and needed a helmet for an ATV. This one is PERFECT. It appears to be of quality construction and is well padded. The padding is removable and can be machine washed (no future nasty smelling helmet). Its a little big BUT not too big that its a safety issue, plus hell grow into it. Its also not so heavy that he cant hold it head up yet not too light that it wont provide protection. I think the sizing chart offered on the page is fairly accurate. It also came with a helmet bag to protect it when not in use. My son also loves the pattern and color. Im very happy with this helmet and feel that it would rival helmets double the price in quality and overall protection. We also bought a set of mini-Scott goggles for the helmet. They fit perfect. The helmet also has a molded groove for the strap. **it arrived several days ahead of the scheduled shipping date!
