Towing vehicles out of sand.

The strap is good quality and works well. The hitch works well. However, the hitch lock did not work. I was unable to lock it once I put it through the hitch. I emailed Motormic, but never heard back. I ordered a new Master lock from Amazon. It locks and works great, unlike the Motormic lock.

Very well made

Not sure what I paid for this, but after using this once on about 5 miles of trail (mostly dirt/fire road with a handful of deep puddles) I noticed it starting to fray and break apart closer to the vehicle I was towing. Giving 2 stars as it got the towed vehicle back to the trail head safely and able to get a tow truck to pick it up.
