Greater than one weekIm disappointed that this doesnt just come with each new phone. But, thanks to Amazon I got the exact part I needed very easily. Since I switched brands of phone I wouldnt accept the risk of using any old car charger left over from other phones. I hope to be able to take a long car ride in the spring and use it then. For me, that will be the ultimate test. Short rides around town are not enough of a test, IMO.

I have an accessory socket in my fairing and this item is low profile and fits perfectly. Some reviewers have stated that although this item supports fast charging, it hasnt worked for them. Well, I can report that it actually does support fast charging PROVIDED your phone itself supports fast charging. Its not going to charge anybodys phone faster if the phone doesnt actually support it so check your phones capability before you buy this item. The charger also comes with a 1meter USB C lead which is a bonus and does have a blue led light so you know its powered up. So, for me, its perfect, its a quality brand name and does exactly what I need it to do. Great buy!
