I have had this product for almost a year (bought December 2016). I mounted a 55inch tv that weighs roughly 40 lbs and this mount hasnt had any issues. I was worried initially that the swivel feature would cause the tv to tilt to one side. However, it stays locked where I want it to stay. Also the arm that extends and lets me move the tv is perfect for when Im in the kitchen and need to do a quick adjustment. In my opinion, this is just as good as the $100 ones youll find in stores.

I actually had three people myself included to figure out directions and pick up TV. Also had to buy a drill bit that is not included and make sure you know how to find studs or have a stud finder. If u have never done a TV mount directions this comes with aren’t much help u basically have to just figure it out.

Make sure you measure the back mounts on your tv. I did not and my mounts were 20” but this mount only goes to 16”.

Took me around 30 minutes to set up. Very simple installation. You will need a drill and a stud finder if you want it done right. The screws to hold the mount into the wall are very easy to strip out because it takes alot of force to get the big bulky screw into the stud (If you dont have concrete). I did drill a 5/32 hole before trying to drill the bolts in but still seemed to take a little to much force to get the bolts in so I would suggest using slightly larger drill bit. Once I got it all together I was extremely happy with how sturdy it was when my 42 inch LG was on there. Plus it moves in every direction very smoothly.

Love this mount so much as it freed up a lot of space in our master bedroom instead of just putting it on top of the dresser. The range of motion is awesome and it’s perfect for us to watch tv in bed! I will say that you definitely need power tools for this installation so make sure to borrow a drill before even starting this mounting project.

Worked great

We placed our 45 TV high on the wall, mounting it to a single vertical stud. Good design, quality material. The installation instructions were complete and very easy to follow. Caution, the mount is difficult to handle when mounting it to the wall because it is heavy and awkward, it does take two people to install.

It comes with multiple screw diameters/lengths and spacers to cover lots of TV types. Overwhelming out of the box but a quick read of the instruction clarified that most of hardware wasnt needed (at least for my TV). Quick and easy installation.

This mount gets 5+ stars for strength and ease of install. It’s very solid after anchoring into a stud. We bought a 50” tv to mount outside on a stuccoed wall on our patio and bought this mount from Amazon instead of spending $80 on one at the tv store. It was delivered with care the day after I ordered it. We could not be more thrilled with how easy this was to install and lock the tv securely in to place. It even came with a level, troubleshooting guide and Velcro strips to tie back any cords. I’m seriously considering buying another one of these to have on hand for when we replace our living room tv on a stand.

My husband said it was super easy to install and also the range of motion is great!!!
