We had a problem with a screw hole the bolt would not go in so we had to go buy a hole tap and retap to hole so the bolt would work before we could mount the tv

The bracket is 16in long and if your wall is not framed with 16 in studs on center consider yourself in a jam!

Overall, a very good buy. The biggest frustration is that it came with so many optional hardware screws and bolts, it took a while to figure out the mounting hardware for my TV, but with all the different TVs it could fit, that’s not a bad thing. My TV is super-light (38 lbs). A heavier TV might have overpowered the Mount. It is a medium light duty steel frame. The lag bolts just barely hold my TV’s weight into a wood stud in my opinion - hence some of the negative reviews might be encountering the sturdiness/ integrity against weight of the TV mounted. The instructions are adequate and anyone mechanically inclined should have no problem. Suggestion: when ordering from Amazon, opt for the box to be inside the shipping box. When I opened one side to unbox, some of the hardware slid out as if it wasn’t secured inside. Some of the negative reviews here might have experienced this unknowingly and in fact experienced a shipping problem wherein one side was accidentally opened. A little extra packaging tape along the sides by the boxing department might have saved them some headaches with dissatisfied customers.

Solid built wall mount, worked great for my 65 inch Qled samsung.

I just bought a 65” LG smart TV. This is probably one of the easiest mounts to install ever, I think it took me and my husband maybe 30 minutes to put up and mount the tv. Very pleased with my purchase.

This is a great TV mount that adjusts smoothly and pulls out from the wall for a full range of adjustment. “Gee Fix” is the UK anchor system that made mounting my 55” TV totally doable even onto my wall board/plaster board. See the Youtube video, The Strongest Plasterboard Fixing Ever by Charlie DIYte. It takes your full attention to use these anchors from England but they work great. Hint, try to avoid it rotating as you crew in center screw by pulling on mounting cords TIGHTLY. Hint 2, don’t use the huge concrete screws that come with the mount, just the 5mm the UK guys recommend for the center position. I forget what 5mm converted to in Imperial measurement screws. My TV is super stable despite the weight of the TV and the mount.

Worth purchasing.

I like this product as it went up quickly with easy to follow instructions and all needed hardware labeled properly. Moves smoothly and stays put. Good product!
