> 3 dayThis mount is extremely well built and easy to assemble. Instructions were great. One thing to note is it doesn’t come with toggle bolts so you need to land in at least one stud and I would get the best toggle bolts you can get for the other spots.

Greater than one weekI always use these mounts whenever someone ask me to hang their TV’s. I’m a painter by trade but very much into everything audiovisual related and my entire family knows it. Outside of my family, I’ve installed at least 6 in the past few months.

> 3 dayI would give this five stars for its construction and quality, but Im subtracting one star and returning it for the following _limitations_ which may not be apparent from the products description. These issues have been noted in several one-star reviews as well. Be aware that the bolts for attaching this mount to the wall can be _at most_ 16 apart, so there is no leeway if the studs are slightly further apart or misaligned. More significantly for my situation, the TV will be centered between the 16 studs _without any way to shift the TV horizontally to center it in that space._ The included instructions suggest purchasing extension bars MD5232 to allow sliding 8 left or right. I will purchase the more versatile MD2298 mount instead.

> 3 dayI bought this mount for my new 65 TV. It arrived on time and was much heavier than I anticipated, which is a good thing. It was packed well and all the parts were there in good condition. Since these type mounts are universal, you have to determine how and where to attach the Two hanging brackets to your particular TV. The parts bags include several size spacers, screws & washers for you to select from for your unit. Just remember there are extra parts and you will not use all of them. The instructions are good but take the time to study the details of assembly before you jump into it. This mount MUST be attached to framing studs in your wall. Fortunately, I found Two studs at almost the exact position (horizontally) that I wanted the TV. There is a cardboard template supplied with the mount that makes it easy to mark the screw hole locations once you determine the proper height and since I could not mount the brackets centered on the back of my TV (they had to mount below centerline), it took some calculating to get the mount in the right vertical position. Once mounted to the wall, hanging the TV is a piece of cake BUT, in my case required Two people. I could have probably wrestled it onto the hangers myself but I didnt want to risk damaging a brand new TV. The articulated arms to move the TV out from the wall and side to side are stiff enough that the TV stays where you put it. Vertical angle adjustment is accomplished with a small hex wrench provided to loosen a screw on the tilt mechanism. This little wrench can be stored on the mount. All in all I consider this mount near commercial quality and am very pleased with it. Believe me, its well worth the few extra dollars over the cheapies out there. NOTE: If you cannot mount to framing studs, use the type of wall anchors that have spring loaded legs that expand when you push them through the drywall. I would not trust anything else. NOTE 2: Use a level with the template. There is a level adjustment but its range is minimal.

> 3 dayOur tiny daughter was able to install the TV all by herself, so must be an easy installation from attaching the mount to attaching the 50-52 inch TV as well. It has been up 6-9 months and no complaints other than it is next to a corner so it wouldve been nice if it would pull out further to tilt it from side to side for adjoining rooms but that might be more of a safety feature as that would be pretty far out from the wall. (We have a 1915 home, and it is strong enough for the construction of the walls that werent meant to be anything more than for hanging pictures!)
