Winded up returning this. I love muslin products & I loved this idea for our stroller, but does not appear to be right for Doonas. Might work well for others though.

I thought this would be an unnecessary product but living in Arizona I have come to find that this is perfect for how outdoor we are. I have a toddler so we are constantly doing things we’re going to the park and this helps my three month old sleep, keep the sun out of his eyes and keeps people outta his face/sorta protected from sick season.

Just as pictured: soft, neutral, breathable, minimal. Everything I was looking for. Someone mentioned needing to iron it after the dryer but honestly this is mine after being folded up and it’s fine. No crazy creasing or anything. It’s always nice to feel reassured when adding something to your registry and I’m definitely happy this was a hit. All of my friends complimented the shade when I pulled it out during my baby shower!

Just what I was looking for!

The straps slip around on the car seat handle a lot so I’m constantly adjusting it which is annoying. It is lightweight and blocks the baby when I need it to but I wouldn’t buy again.

UPDATED: The owners reached out to me personally to send a new cover. They were kind and timely. I was pleasantly surprised, and am glad to be able to use it. I received this carseat cover as a gift at my baby shower. I opened it and tossed it in the wash along with all the other things, getting prepared for babys arrival. Once my carseat came in I took this out to put in on and noticed that one side of the fastening loops was sewn with only the female snap parts (the other side is just fine) so it cannot be fastened. I cannot use it it like this, nor can I return it. I will have to take it to someone who can fix it, or rig it up somehow - pretty disappointing, so Ive removed 2 stars. Aside from the snap issue, the fabric is nice, the color is exactly as expected from the pictures, and the lightweight quality should be great in the summer (if I get to use it).

Love this cover so much. I use it every time I need to bring the baby somewhere and I don’t want people looking in at her. It’s a crazy world and this brings a level of comfort
