> 3 dayReceived the monitor for my sons school computer and it didnt include a power adapter... I now see that I am not the only one with this issue. Now I have the pleasure of calling MSI to try to get a power cord that will likely take weeks. A waste of time and money. Buy something else from another seller... not worth the hassle and I cant even fathom how the power cord would be removed or overlooked. Shoddy.

> 3 dayI guess not a lot of people out there are looking for a flat, ultrawide 1080p monitor because at under $300 this monitor is the most ridiculous value Ive come across. Its fully specd for esports gaming. 200hz, low response time, smaller screen size (30 vs standard 34), etc. Its only 1080p but that just means its easy to drive. Throughout the last several GPU generations 1440p and 4k gaming required constant upgrading to keep the framerates decent. That may be changed now due to the 4000 series, but staying at 1080p still has its merits unless youre forking out for the at least a 4080. You could take this monitor and get a 4070 ti and game on it for a decade with high settings. I cant believe this thing is under $300.

> 3 dayGot this monitor for my husband as birthday gift. He loves it! The setting up part was simple. He tweaked the settings and the picture is amazing! He tested it on a few games, and there’s no lagging or late responses. I recommend

> 3 dayI had to order this product twice first one never showed up so I had to get a refund for that and then re order. They would not send me the first one no matter what I tried they just offered the refund and I was forced to rebuy it for 40 dollars more days later. The monitor itself offers very little options for changing any settings really and what is offered is poorly defined with a crappy and horrible ui on both pc and phone app.

> 3 dayThis is a tldr review first impression since Ive not had it long. I bought direct from Amazon rather than 3rd party. I received all necessary items, including the power brick. So if youre worried buy from Amazon certified. The monitor impresses out of the box, feels fast, has pleasant color reproduction. No noticeable artifacts. Ips bleed was very good on my model, barely noticeable. Out of the box it might be crushing blacks which is odd for an ips, is probably fixable with some tweaking. Its worth noting I used 165hz 10 bit, which might be affecting things in normal 8 bit rgb range. Not worth doing since HDR support is an afterthought but its also doubtful this monitor can hold 200hz stable. That is just how it be with these ips screens. It is way better than normal FHD, the extra fov you get is fantastic. edit: Automatic aspect ratio is broken, so on games that dont scale to 16:9 even with GPU scaling enabled require you to go into the OSD. It is a missed opportunity that you cannot make a shortcut to aaspect ratio config. This monitor has poor gamma settings, night vision is the closest to a gamma setting, but it just overblooms things. AI Nightvision is just weird as well. Other than that the colors on this monitor are really, really good. It is fun to play with, and those negatives dont affect gameplay, but if youre like me it will eat at you slowly. Unfortunately there arent many good options in the 30in UW category (34in is too big for me)

07-06-2025If youre using this monitor primarily for gaming, you will not be disappointed. The high refresh rate was a big step up from my previous 60hz monitor, and the extra FOV from the space on the sides was useful. However, gaming is not my main hobby and I also use this monitor for work (computer programming) and watching videos. My main issue with this monitor is the color accuracy. Bright reds always seem to be very washed out in comparison to my old ASUS ProArt, no matter how much calibration I did. Then again, if youre just looking for a gaming monitor and dont care about color accuracy, then do consider this monitor. In my case I think I will trade this for a 27 4K monitor from Dell.

> 3 dayI like the design and clean look of this monitor. It is affordable with that specs. Only wish it comes with speakers.

> 3 dayThere is NO Power Adapter in the package. How am I supposed to turn it ON?
