Received these tips today and was impressed with product. I finally got the right tips for my iron. I have found the company I will be using from now on.

I like the cut down shaft size. I scratch build 1/24 scale slot car chassis. I run my at the highest heat, the tips are holding up just fine. Great product, mtg20, mgt21 and mgt22.
