I have a cheaper iron it was harder to work with than my older Weller, I replaced its old tip with my new one for & wa laa these from Ace Tool work much better with my Weller iron. I like the cut down shaft size. I scratch build 1/24 scale slot car chassis. I run my at the highest heat, the tips are holding up just fine. Great product, mtg20, mgt21 and mgt22.
