I cant count how many times I see young athletes grap sports tape and wrap a wrist of ankle without using pre-tape...I guess they and the coaches dont know it exists and that it really aids in the comfort of your tape job.

I use this for patellar pain when I run. I wrap it around my knee 5-6 times and roll the edges into each other to make it more resistant. It works very well.
