> 24 hourThis is the best VPN service that exist. I’ve never used a VPN service that’s this great.

> 24 hourI researched the available VPNs extensively and I found a white paper from a leading consumer magazine that gave Mulvad their top rating. The price is very reasonable and it isnt a subscriber service with auto-renewal. I will caution that if you have plans to use this with your router you will probably have to exclude TVs or set top boxes from using the VPN. I noticed several of the video services that I subscribe to were blocked from using a VPN service by the provider. Setup does take some technical knowledge and you may need to tweak your configuration file to find a server with the best data throughput. I have 1 GB Fiber connection and I noticed my speed dropped to 250 MB over the VPN. That may sound bad however I havent noticed any change on the devices other than during a speed test.

> 24 hourYou pay for 6 months or a year in advance, and then the company decides to remove features partway through. Gift card worked great, but Im switching to a different provider now.

> 24 hourThe card is simple, you scratch it, you see the code. Simply redeem online without any issues. Otherwise, you have to pay with your credit card with international transaction fees. Highly recommended!

> 24 hourHad been hearing great things about Mullvad VPN since I was in the market for a new provider once my current provider had ended. Very straightforward to add time to my account and already have it hooked up to my necessary Unraid dockers. Very pleased so far!

> 24 hourTheyre dedicated to privacy, and dedicated to giving you the best value out of all VPNs. Definitely worth the money and have amazing transparency with issues (which are little to none) and their business practices.

> 24 hourI echo what some of reviewers have recently posted: I purchased a 6 months subscription only to find out that Mullvad dropped one of its (to me) most important features: port forwarding. I agree with the statement someone made in their review: it feels like bait and switch (as the original product was excellent). Will have to move on to another VPN.

> 24 hourBefore buying, I asked if they support port forwarding and a Mullvad rep answered yes—then a week after buying, they discontinue the feature. Thats some dirty dealing to me. If you need port options and a VPN with actual privacy (unlike Nord, PIA, etc.—see The Markups How Private Is My VPN? report), now you have to pay a little more for these features with IPVN. It just sucks Im bought in for a year on Mullvad which is now garbage for my uses.
