    I actually love this earpiece. You c spend more money and not get the quality that this one is. It looks and feels very well made. My Truck broke down on the side of the road. Just waiting for it to die, but it didnt. would give it more stars if I could.

    I needed a replacement for my Bluetooth that I had for while up until I lost it. Finding a decent alternative can be like looking for a needle in a haystack so the purchase of my Q5 was governed completely by blind faith and the low cost I was willing to pay in the event that it wasnt a good product. To my surprise the Q5 checked every box! Snug fit, good volume level and easy connect to my phone. The button function is simple and straightforward and the quality and design are comperable to high end devices of the same category. Its a Win Win!

    Its too small to stay in the ear canal. The over the ear hook is too large. I cant keep it from falling to the floor.

    I received this Bluetooth piece a few days ago and have been enjoying using it so far. The sound quality is great. My husband and i tried calling each other and he couldnt even tell if i was using a Bluetooth or talking directly on the phone!

    The earpiece is attached and rotates 360 to fit the right or left ear..I can listen to media such as Pandora or Utube music when i am not waiting on a call. if i am on the run i just dock it in the docking station to recharge. This is the only product outside of pods that has such a setup. and the price point is very good. The audio is clear and the pairing is quick.

    Good price point. Works well. Only complaint is it needs a special cord to charge (included). I ordered two more of these earpieces. Fits ear perfectly.
