    It pairs instantly when removed from the charging case. It has clear sound, good volume, and the microphone has nice pickup and volume. When put back in the charging case it instantly disconnects from the phone.

    This headset has the best sound quality I’ve had in a long time.     Ive made 3 phone calls using this earpiece, so far. Both sounded fine and the person on the other end said I sounded fine. Although one person mentioned that it sounded like I was on a speaker phone. So, obviously the mic is picking up lots of ambient noise. My main problem is the ear hook is too soft and weak. The slightest movement of my head causes the earpiece to almost fall off. And any real movement causes it too fall off.

    I replaced the old one I lost that was discontinued but then I found this headset as I was searching similar to the old one I had. To my surprise, this is works a lot better!!! Works great and a bonus long battery life. It has a great quality sound too! Fits perfectly on my ear. I would highly recommend it!

    Ive never done an unboxing video/review but I cant say enough good things about this headset. It rivals expensive competitors models that cost five times as much! Call quality is excellent! Noise cancellation is good too. The carry/charging case works great and indicates the remaining charge. Amazon shipped in 2 days. I highly recommend!

    Sounds muffled. Also don’t offer money for a 5 star review. That’s not fair seller. The sound on this is not good. I do like the way it fits on the ear but I can’t understand anyone
