I purchased this silverware for my 2 year old toddler. She uses this great! They wash well in the dishwasher and she doesnt seem to have any trouble using them. I would recommend!

Why is it so difficult to find plastic forks & not spoons? I bought these for myself so I can eat dinner out of my non-stick cookware without dirtying a plate... just another container to wash. I dont want to risk scratching my cookware when I eat out of it, but a fork is easier to use than a spoon. I have purchased several normal sized spoons but simply cant find any adult-sized forks. I want to use a fork to spear chicken pieces or shrimp or broccoli, or steak, pieces, etc.. But I want sturdy plastic utensils. The forks in this set work o-k but they are a bit small. At least they are sturdy tho.

Ive always liked the Munchkin products and love the Miracle 360 cups and the metal forks/ spoons. So when my son was being moved to the toddler room at daycare and needed plastic utensils for self-feeding instead of metal we had been sending for the infant room, I readily bought the Munchkin ones since Ive always found their brand to be of high quality. Not so with these plastic utensils. Although the utensil part itself is fine (though not necessarily easy for stabbing/ scooping compared to metal), the white handle is dangerous. We tested them at dinner to see if my son would take the using them over his metal ones, and the damage to the white handle was after one trip to his mouth. I was so afraid that hed bite off and swallow the white part if he was to use this at daycare that I tossed them all out. I ended up purchasing a different brand that had a harder handle and actually stabbed the food a bit better (Sperric- https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07SV57LRY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1). I will continue to buy other Munchkin products, especially ones I trust like the 360 cups and the metal utensils, but these plastic utensils give me pause as to if Id want to stray from the products I already know from this brand.

I’m not sure why these were the only plastic only silverware (that included forks) I could find for my toddler who is just learning to use silverware but I am pleasantly surprised. I came back for a second set. I wasn’t about to give him the metal silverware it seems like every other toddler brand has and turn my back for a second, which is one visible with another child to care for. Dishwasher safe. Price is great.

Great option for toddlers learning how to use utensils. My 15 month old has been able to figure out how to use the fork by stabbing his food, and claps every time he successfully gets the food in his mouth! So far they have held up to every day use and the dishwasher (I put them in a basket on the top rack).

They are the perfect length but the width of the spoon and fork (the part that goes into the mouth) is awkwardly large. My daughter has a difficult time trying to fit them into her mouth comfortably. The fork also isnt great for picking things up that arent soft. Definitely wouldnt recommend for a younger toddler starting out with utensils.

These are great for our (big!) 13 month old. They’re bigger than the other toddler silverware sets we’ve tried and seem to work better in his large hands. Be warned: the white part of the handle stains very easily. Our boy loves spaghetti and these are already stained orange after a couple of meals. I haven’t tried anything beyond scrubbing with dish detergent to remove the stains so maybe there is a solution? Even with the stains, they’re still the best set we own.

Young kids love emulating mom and dad, and with Munchkin"s toddler Multi Forks and Spoons, they can be just like their favorite grownups at the dinner table. The pack includes 3 forks and 3 spoons that are designed to aid self-feeding. The large curved handles are designed to make scooping easier and the fork tines are rounded for safety. BPA free and top rack dishwasher safe. Great for boys and girls 12 months and up.
