Though many years of playing exploding quick movement sports and then sitting in a chair all day for work has lead to chronic muscle soreness and tightness. This device was purchased to alleviate this, and the first couple uses did help. It is powerful, and has enough settings to accommodate different tolerances of massage. A few minutes of usage and have noticed a marked difference in mobility, and a release of tension in tight leg muscles. I would recommend to those with similar issues, and hope the people that need it, find this device.

The massage gun is very powerful. I really didnt think it would be that powerful that it has a rechargeable battery. It works great for sore muscles. so far it has worked very well.
