My baby really likes to chew on it. He’s nearly 3 months, so there’s your scale for size. He can’t really hold or chew on it much on his own, but will happily do so with my help for as long as I let him.

She’s been loving it since she was 2 months old. It’s the easiest tether to hold and she loves to chew on the ears.

material is nice silicone, just perfect not too soft not too hard. has just a bit of texture, which i like compared to others with very raised textures (i have so many teethers at home as most of you do im sure). simple ring design easy to hold, and the ears make a nice chewable attraction, but the baby does not intentionally chew on them, she takes the ring and just shoves it in her throat. since nothing is stopping it, she just gags herself every time. it was painful to watch and she was crying and annoyed - i will put it away, maybe she is still to young for it (6 mo). the size is good for an older baby also, so i recommend maybe beginning 8mo or so.
