Overall the backpack is great just a very small detail I wish it had a nice secure pouch or something to support the power pack so it wont just be tossed in the bag but its just a small thing. The backpack is great like it a lot.

Unfortunately it tore on the seam in the laptop compartment after a few months but the company immediately responded and offered a refund or exchange. Will continue to purchase their products.

Great quality!. The padded computer pocket fits my 15-inch laptop perfectly. Pockets are well thought out and perfectly placed for everyday use. The bag is very comfortable and looks great. With the weight that I had, it didnt put any pressure on my spine at all. It didnt feel like my laptop was even against my back. Really enjoying the backpack for work and as a carry-on when traveling.
