These are very good for the price, if youre getting into flatbed and dont happen upon shippers who just give these to you when I started out 2 years ago I bought 40 of the blue 4x4x10 from Mytee, and their Vee Board placement tool. Total of about 150$ and totally worth it. I haul everything from insulation to aluminum extrusions and Ive only lost a few straps because of not having enough. 2 years later and the boards are still in decent condition, some cracks but thats because I am very rough with them as flatbed usually calls for. The plastic hasnt gotten brittle though this is just from repeated squeezing and pressing with insulation. Invest in your work and itll pay for itself. 20 vee boards? 35-50$ Shredding a strap and you not noticing before DOT? Expect a huge fine.

They keep your straps nice

I use these constantly and on a lot for than just lumber and where you would expect to use them. I duct tape them onto any edge I think might damage my expensive tarps. They have worked flawlessly and the price is right. Tough suckers too.

Using it by itself when strapping blocks is not sturdy enough but when you double stacked them its worth it. Still I would buy it again. Its held up since Ive purchased it.
