> 24 hourIf youre in the market for a USB C to USBC cable, you are likely to be aware of the standards mess that allows cable manufacturers to sell some cables for charging only and others for data and others for both, but at all manner of charging rates. This is all thanks to the USB Implementers Forum for a botched implementation.

> 24 hourThe NAMCIM Thunderbolt 4 Cable is a quality cable with excellent quality. The cable meets or exceeds all the specifications listed and has a quality braided design. The cable is a 1M cable and does work as a Thunderbolt 4 cable and can deliver loads of power for charging purposes. Quality cable at a reasonable price, highly recommended.

> 24 hourI ordered this to use with a 45w charger and it works perfectly for that the length is just as described and it feels like a quality study cable with good strain relief. The only negative is that the rubber strain relief on both ends was covered in some sort of sticky residue I thought it was adhesive but it was some sort of substance that was on both ends of the cable on all sides of the stress relief and not found anywhere else on the cable it was pretty weird but I was able to remove it was a wet wipe. Apart from that weird experience the cable works great and is exactly what I needed.

> 24 hourThis cable is pretty thick and feels quality, but its not an official TB4 cable. It does work well for my purposes of hooking into an LG monitor - I get passthrough charging and a full 4K display at 60Hz. I havent maxed out the transfer speed, so I cant speak to that. I think its a little overpriced but should hold up well for my purposes.

> 24 hourExcellent build quality. No issues to speak of. Data speeds seem to be up to par. I haven’t had any issues, although I haven’t ran an official speed test.

> 24 hourHave you ever counted the sheer number of cables you own? Its mind-boggling. A webcam, keyboard, mouse, speakers, external hard drive, headset, and speakerphone, which when combined with dual monitors, 2 laptops with docks / KVM switch, my set up resulted in >15 different cables, many of them USB type cables. Of course, I often cant tell just by looking at a cable, which standard applies. This is problematic when you need a cable that supports lots of data or that supports video.

> 24 hourI needed a slightly longer cable for my Studio Display, and I didnt want to fork over $130 to Apple for it. Lesson learned - you get what you pay for.

> 24 hourThis is the high-end Thunderbolt cable I needed for my Mac because it supports 40Gbps file transfers which most regular USB-C cables do not. It also supports Power Delivery 3.0 for 100W of charging power although the title says 120W.

> 24 hourI bought it to give me more length from my Dock to my laptop. For some reason, it will not support the two monitors connected to my dock. I still have other uses for it. It seems to be a good build, sturdy, and thick. But it does not support my needs, a Lenovo laptop with Thunderbolt USB-C. it describes itself as the be-all end-all of USB-C cords. Not sure what kind of cord my Dock came with but thats what I need only longer. This cord does work for my external screen and supports super-fast charging on my phone.
