> 24 hourThis thing is so cool. I always hated to run a long HDMI cable across the room to connect my laptop to the TV or projector. With this I can just plug the little wireless transmitter into the laptop and sit in the chair and wirelessly transmit to the receiver plugged into the TV or projector. How cool is that? The receiver requires power from a USB port. You can plug into a USB port on the TV or projector, or a power block you have to provide. There are instructions on how to pair the transmitter up with the receiver, but they come pre-paired I guess, because mine was just plug and play. You can also use screencast from a cellphone or a tablet wirelessly to the same receiver if your TV doesnt have that capability built-in. Im loving this so far .. thumbs up!

> 24 hourI bought one for a second home security system. it worked great, so i decided to buy another one for my TV at home. Both worked great for a few weeks, but then started losing connection. So you have to reboot it a few times for it to reconnect and then it only last a few hours at best and then disconnects. Both are doing the same thing. If they worked like the first few weeks they would be great.

> 24 hourFor those of you who hate exposed cables as much as I do, this is the neatest solution around. if you have a DVR, old bluetooth player, etc and dont want them sitting exposed right by your TV, this allows you to put them in a closet and connect wirelessly. Also, we sometimes like to connect a laptop to the TV with HDMI, so again, can just do that from the couch instead of having to put the laptop on a chair so its close enough to be connected with a cable. Super convenient, and worth the significant price tag in my opinion.

> 24 hourIve owned many units like this and not one has been 100% perfect. This one on the other hand has been perfect. No lag at all during Streams, no random drop outs or disconnects. Perfect solution for cutting the cord.

> 24 hourRight out the box this thing just works. No driver, no software, simply plug and play. The box with the antennas plugs into the source that is going to be sending the video signal (i.e laptop, projector). The small usb dongle receiver plugs into the usb port of the device receiving that signal (i.e. TV, monitor). This is all done wirelessly and with zero lag (at least that I could notice). I tested this from a range of about 30 ft and had zero issues with connectivity. The overall footprint of both devices is very small and took up little space on my desk. Satisfied so far!

> 24 hourIt was just a few years ago when these wireless HDMI devices were so extremely expensive, clunky and finicky. You had to have the antennas a certain way and do a little dance just to make them work and they were never consistent. I dont know if this is just a better brand or progress has come that far, but this is so simple. I use it plugged into my phone streaming to my TV and use it from my laptop to my TV. It is super easy to use. I can take it to hotels with me and use it along with my wireless keyboard and my phone to basically do whatever I want surfing the net. I recommend this highly.

> 24 hourThe family media room is ideal to watch TV, movies and sports. But occasionally you need to pickup you sandwich and watch your program in another room This device is easy to install and setup takes 10 minutes. Just attached the receiver unit to your monitor and turn on the transmitter.

> 24 hourThe setup of this could not be any easier. Plug in receiver to TV HDMI and USB. Plug transmitter nto PC using HDMI or USB-C. Change HDMI to appropriate slot. Youll see a blue screen with directions. Using a paperclip, on the bottom of the receiver hit the reset button for a 5 seconds. Then go to transmitter and press and hold button to pair- once paired, connect to TV under your settings with the designated letters/numbers clicking connect to display. It works using the TV sound as well so you dont need outside speakers.
