> 3 dayI love this camera! The picture quality is great for watching your babies at night sleep. I have two children and the fact they came out with the split screens is phenomenal! Now I can watch both my boys at the same time on one device! Only thing is when you are on the split screen watching both you can’t zoom in.

> 3 daySuper easy to instal, multiple accessories make it easy to use when away from home, allowing you the same visual no matter where you are. Nanit insights are great, and show you what your baby did throughout the night. Great for parents who want their baby to sleep in their own space and want to know how their sleeping, as well as being right next to them.

> 3 dayFor the amount of money you spend on this camera, it is overrated and expensive. I would recommend a stand alone unit that doesnt depend on internet connectivity. Pros: Picture quality is really good. Sound features and sleep tracking features are good. The ability to watch on multiple devices is nice. The new IPad update features a dual picture/side picture so you can use your tablet and monitor the baby. Cons: The camera is expensive for No wifi, no camera. If you want a base to travel with the camera you will need to spend another $50 and lose a lot of the features. The travel base also does not secure the camera as well as the wall mount. Security: Some users have posed questions and had issues with the security of the camera since it is strictly a WiFi camera. I have not had issues with this but there are reports of it happening. App: The app works okay but constantly loses connection to the camera. You will also need an android/google play supported tablet or IPad. The Amazon Fire tablet is not supported.

> 3 dayThe camera is great, we love the app that comes with it! Super easy to navigate, and I love getting all the stats from the night! I also love that you can use your phone as the monitor and hear everything even when the app is closed and you’re doing something else on your phone

Greater than one weekPrior to biting the bullet and spending the $$$ for this monitor, I had tried a few other Wifi baby monitors, but was terribly unsatisfied with them. The Owlet Cam app would freeze the sound or video feed randomly and cause me to miss my baby crying (Owlet customer service told me to just restart the app, but if Im ASLEEP I cant do that!) The VTECH Wifi cam I used, I was convinced it was defective because it just wouldnt stay connected to the receiver in my 800 square foot apartment. They sent me a replacement and it had the same issue. And when that one disconnects, it beeps pretty loudly to wake you up. One night I didnt sleep at all because it just wouldnt reconnect so I went and laid in my babys room. I even got an expensive Wifi Mesh system with 4 satellites and this did not solve the connectivity issue, so that got returned as well. Anyway, now that you know the history, lets look at the Nanit. I had wanted a Nanit from the start, but its just so expensive compared to all the others! But when I went and did research and read reviews, I couldnt find one that I could guarantee would work for me. After the Owlet issue I was hesitant to use a product that didnt have a physical receiver, but I decided I would just try it, and if it didnt work then I would return it. Bottom line: I am absolutely blown away by how good this camera is! The picture quality is good even at night, the app has never once crashed or frozen, and there is a backup connection (local mode) if the Wifi ever fails (which sometimes it does say it lost connection, but I never lose my feed if Im in the house). Nanit also provides a lot more important information (IMO) than the Owlet Cam did. I dont have the Nanit subscription, but the information I get from the basic app is perfect. It shows when baby wakes up, whether baby was put to bed asleep, time to fall asleep (if they werent already asleep), how long baby was out of bed, and when significant sounds were picked up (crying, etc). The paid version gives you deeper analytics of babys sleep habits, if you want that. The app does allow background sound so you can listen with the screen locked or while using another app, which is very helpful! I will say that my husband and I pretty quickly disabled motion and sound notifications on our phones because they were very spammy and not that useful for us. I cannot review the breathing band, since my baby was too big for the one that came with it, and now that hes older I dont worry that hes going to stop breathing every night. Im sure it works great, considering how great it works in general.

> 3 dayI love our Nanit camera system. We have the wall mounted version bought plus travel stand and case. The insights have helped us with sleep training and management. The travel stand we use all of the time when we s sleep away from home. The night vision picture quality is really sharp. And I use the video history feature all the time to see how our baby slept through the night. It’s definitely helped us learn her sleep patterns and adjust her bedtimes/wake ups.

> 3 dayWe love our nanit. Have loved it for months now but super grateful we got it when our little guys arm got stuck in the side of the crib. He’s rolling now so I don’t even want to think about what could’ve happened if he rolled with his arm stuck. Thank you nanit!!

> 3 dayOne of the main reasons for my decision to purchase the Nanit is for the breathing technology that it offers. We just recently moved our LO to the crib fully at night and it is so nice that the Nanette monitors her breathing for me so that I don’t have to worry at night. we also love that it gives us the option to share viewing with the caregivers and I am able to watch the app at work as well! Nanette also offers neat features like Nature Sounds and a nightlight! I the camera notifies you how long your ELO has been sleeping and records activities for later viewing. I cannot say enough good things about our Nanit!
