Nanuk Case w/foam - Black 915-1001

I bought this as a case to carry my Nikon 80-400mm lens in safety and protection. I love that it had a configurable pick-and-pull insert that I could setup specifically for my lens. The hard outer case, locking mechanism and sturdiness give me confidence that a very expensive lens will be safe during travel.

Purchased this product on the advice of another and have not been disappointed. Am using it to transport delicate radio gear and accessories. The customizable foam was very easy to work with and gives a lot of latitude when placing the items within the case. Very impressed with the construction and definitely rivals other much more expensive cases. My first but definitely not my last Nanuk purchase.

Great robust case. No issues

when i purchase a cubed foam case its because i intend on using the foam, the cube where NOT cut properly, and in parts not at all making it impossible to shape, needed to use a knife and cut it myself WTF at 99$ for htis, jeeze, canadian tire selling a mastercraft case bigger with a workable cubed foam for 75$ on special regulary.

Liked everything, tough, bought for my Alesis Strike Pro drum module, perfect fit. This is one rugged case !!

Purchased this case for my DSLR. I put a camera body, 24-120mm zoom lens, 50mm lens, flash unit, and charger in it with room left over. Larger lenses would probably fit if properly arranged. Im not a fan of the pick and pluck foam. But as you can see, it does the job. The latches work smoothly and with little effort to open/close but are completely secure when latched. Over all, a great case for the intended purpose.

This does the trick for safely toting our boat GPS. We leave the boat at the marina, but take the GPS with us!
