> 24 hourUpdate: In a matter of time it is useless. The snaps no longer stay on at all, so its constantly being flung off and stepped on. PLEASE Come up with a way for the visor part to stay attached a bit better. Even Velcro that is on a disc that can move/slide but would be great. Not sure what the safety requirements are for it to be able to come off so easily, but since it does, we dont use it. My daughters got tired of reattaching it several times a car ride. My son loves it and I LOVE that he is comfortable when he sleeps in the car, which he does a lot. The sides of the visor part are attached with snaps - like push snap/buttons and they detach ALL THE TIME. Thats frustrating. I always have to have his sister reach over and reattach them. We will continue to use it and I will recommend it to others but hopefully I can find a way to keep them attached.

> 24 hourIf you have a forward facing child youve struggled with their car ride naps and I cant believe they dont have something thats built-in or standard to help but they dont. Enter the NapUp, so necessary if your child likes to sleep during car rides (who doesnt?). Easy to install, easy to use, and looks pretty comfy. My 2 year old even knows to pull it down to sleep.

> 24 hourPurchased for my little girl who is 4 she is very petite. Got it for when she falls asleep in the car and it comes undone soon as she starts to put in of her pressure on it from her head. So unfortunately I will be sending ours back and trying something else. Great design just think needs some tweaking

> 24 hourI’m not sure that the instructions are very user friendly but the item itself is pretty easy enough to figure out for set-up. Head position/placement is pretty important because the weight of your child’s head and the drive (is it down a massive hill) definitely make a difference on the velcro hold. Regardless I am a much happier travel parent with this phenomenal creation. It certainly saves my daughter from neck pain/strain and provides support for her naps. 10 points on happy parenting!!!

> 24 hourIt’s not durable with my son. It doesn’t keep his head in place. For this price it’s not worth it. I bought the stretchy on instead for less than $10 it works great.

> 24 hourThis is a lifesaver! My child is 4 yrs old and I always get so worried when her keeps falling forward. This works well and does the job. At first I thought it wouldn’t work because she is tall but it did. I used to use the other band ones that you clip in the back but when she got older it didn’t seem to work. I wish the Velcro could be more tighter around the circumference of the head but this will do for now. Though a bit pricey worth it rather than worrying and turning your head while driving to see if she’s ok!

> 24 hourNice alternative to discomforting neck based pillows. My boys will toss those off way too often to be of used. I like that this support is already in place so that when they doze off, all Ive got to do is reach back and shift the headband down. Ive dealt with the headbands that wrap around the seat but they go flying or take more prep that just reaching back while at a stop light. My light complaint is that on one of the car seats we have, it wont stay secure in place. Not a product deficiency but hopefully this feedback will help develop this product further. Maybe add some horizontal straps to augment the vertical ones? Optional velcro patches to help hold it in place?
