Works good. The only hard part was getting the kids to leave the strap on and not rip it off while awake! When they pass out, you just lower the strap and it keeps their pumpkin sized melons in the upright position. We have two toddler boys, 4 and 3, going to buy one more set when our daughter turns 3. Only reason for 4 stars is the price. $40 is pretty steep for such a cheap material/product

Purchased this item for my two year old who tends to fall asleep in the car a lot. Thinking that this strap would support her head and would be a great purchase, I was wrong! Even with the straps velcroed all the way, her head slips right underneath it. Its also very firm and stiff, doesnt seem comfortable at all.

Did not work! Toddler hated it.

They are easy to install and I love the fact that even my 2yr old can pull it down if needed…only, he does it when he’s not sleeping haha. It’s okay much better than the elastic headband types. I give it a neutral for comfort because I’m not using it but my Littles seem to love them.

I was looking so forward to this product, as anytime my daughter falls asleep in the car, her head falls forward and it looks so uncomfortable and feels like it would be hard to breathe. After reading so many reviews, I decided to go with the most expensive product thinking it’s going to be the best and I will not have to return it. But unfortunately, it’s actually so faulty! First of all, you need to take your whole car seat out in order to be able to install this - but I said ok, this can only mean it’s going to be perfect. After the heardrest was installed, and I had my daughter in the car seat, i realized there is a huge gap in between the part that comes down and her head. No matter how Much I adjusted the Velcro parts( that make sooo much noise when you open it & would wake her up every time), her head would still fall forward because dog this big space gap. I had to return it & buy a $10 one that actually works sooo much better!

First off, this product didn’t work for me. My child (2.5 years old) just isn’t big enough to use it. No matter how I adjust it, he her doesn’t hit the support. What I dislike about it, is that although it says it is crash tested and should break away in the event of an accident, I tugged on the support hard several times and it never gave me the impression that it would break away. I’m 220 lbs and I couldn’t get the buttons to unsnap easily. I’d like to see an easier break away system because as it stands, I believe this could cause head or neck injuries in a crash

I had high hopes for this product. This is the only safety tested item of its kind and because of that and how uncomfortable my 5 year old daughter looked when she fell asleep, I gladly paid the $40. Installation was pretty straight forward with clear picture instructions. When we actually used it on a seven hour drive, we were extremely disappointed. No matter how tight you seem to install it, it seems to ride up and therefore is absolutely useless. When it was in the right spot, it came undone altogether when my daughter put any pressure on it from her head while sleeping. Not to mention my daughter finds it very uncomfortable when getting in and out of her carseat. This is a great idea in theory, but the design is not quite there. Back to square one. Gave two stars as opposed to one because the item does seem to be very high quality.

Unfortunately it does not hold my daughter head. She 1.5 years old so it looks like the item is made for older kids. Wish the strap had more Velcro to tighten it, I think that would help with smaller head if that makes sense.

First, we feel the price for this thing is too high. We have a 2 year old and a 4 year old and this support didnt help very much. Its possible that we have to wait for them to grow up, which is why we wont get rid of this thing right away. Overall, not satisfied with our purchase considering the price.

I love this product but it could use more Velcro to help secure her head more. She sometimes slips out.
