> 3 dayThe User Manual for this product is poorly organized and lacking relevant intructional information. It does not properly address even the most basic operations, does not clearly define the display symbols, and fails to explain steps necessary for its use. There are no explanations regarding use with a thumb drive. I bought this to project images onto (canvas) for paintings using a thumb drive. The photos are automatically projected as a slide show with no apparent means of changing that. It also projects an error message stating unsupported media on a lot of pictures without any explanation, and automatically goes to the next photo before you can even address the matter. The User Manual doesnt walk the consumer through even the simplest scenario for its proper use. I went to their website, but there are no instructional aides, and no phone number to speak with a tech support agent. I certainly dont have the time or willpower to do tech support via email. I dont know that Ive ever been as frustrated with a device that should be simple and user friendly. I searched YouTube but found no relevant instructional videos of any use. So now Vecupou is going to have one more used piece of equipment in their warehouse.

Finally turned it on only to see this annoying spec also projecting. Dont know why its happening. Hopefully when I return it customer support will be cool to exchange for another one. We really like the projector, just want one without flaws.

04-06-2025This projector is fantastic. The picture quality is very clear, and set-up was easy to my computer. Audio is good–I am able to use it without connecting an external speaker. I am very impressed with this projector, especially for the price, and so would highly recommend it to everyone.

> 3 dayThe WIFI Mini Projector has a very nice clear picture that impressed me. I checked out a Movie, Sports and commercials and all off the color schemes were perfect for watching on a big screen. I would recommend this projector. I did have a tiny spot in the lense that would not go away, Im sure it was type of glitch. Otherwise, for the price, as far as picture quality, its perfect for movies indoor and outdoor.
