The poor little guy who received these skates found that the clasp on one skate was inoperable, would not close properly. This is a safety issue for which the seller must perform better quality control. We will not engage in the exchange / refund process but will try to get it fixed here locally.

They are awesome. You can switch the sizes up or down. You cant go wrong purchasing these skates.

Within 3 weeks, a lace broke, the strap on the back ripped, and the lace holder ripped. Awful quality.
