Ive been using B6 for around 25 years. Got started using it when I was diagnosed with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. lf I forget to take a dose, Ill wake up with my arms asleep and my wrist area bothering me. Id rather do this then have surgery. EXPIRES: 7/2017

Have been using this supplement for about 6 months in conjunction with B-methylated-ll by Methyl-Life for diabetic neuropathy and B-12 as recommended by my Podiatrist. This combination is more economical than the prescription version. I am very satisfied with the results of taking this combination.

have used this brand of vitamins for years (some under Dr.s prescription) with good results per lab test.

The reason that I bought these vitamins was because I was told if you take them you will have more vivid dreams. Well look no further! The first night I took them I dreamt very vivid dreams and even remembered some of them in the morning. This continued on for a couple of weeks and the feeling started to go away. I saw that spacing out the usage of the vitamins worked a little bit better for the effects that I was experiencing. Ive always enjoyed the Nature Made brand as well!
