It does what it states it will do. I prefer this brand to others as the brand seems to me more effective than others for me.

I bought this product as a gift for my friend. Since I dont use it I dont know how it works but according to my friends, it works as a booster for immune system. He said it helps him from catching a cold.

Would recommend these for good health.

After much research, I believe Nature Made vitamins to be of the best quality. I take several Nature Made vitamins daily. Im old and find the vitamin C to be necessary to keep my skin in good shape. I dont eat many fruits and vegetables so really need the C vitamin.

Great price for a large amount of product...not too fond of the horsepill size of the vitamins but like the mg count...
