Easy to use. Only need to use a small amount. Can already notice a difference.

Small bottle but hopefully it works! Only need a little bit on a dry turtle shell.

First of all it leaked all over the shipping package, so most of it is gone. Second if you actually read the ingredients, it is basically coconut and avocado oil. What little i did use of this greasy mess did make my tortoises shell look better.

Okay, I liked the more natural ingredients such as avocado in this turtle shell conditioner, but this stuff was dripping out all over the package when I got it in the mail, even though the senders wrapped it carefully and scotch-taped the nozzle of the bottle top. My 30 year old Malaysian box turtle Pooter was used to the old cream being massaged into his shell, and was a little taken aback at having this watery liquid smeared on him, but I bet he was as grateful as I was that heavy peppermint-eucalyptus smell of the pink Tetra cream wasnt there anymore, and also the Tetra took forever to dry -- Poots an amboina cuora turtle and partially aquatic, so he plops right back into his water pool and that sort of wasted the cream I used to put on him, and goop up the water. This stuff is much better because it absorbs right away, but I will have to wait and see if it moisturizes his shell as effectively. I was leaning toward Fair but will rate it Good as it is easy and quick to use, but lets hope it is as good a conditioner. Addendum: a few days have gone by; Ive given Mr. Poot another application and dont see any obvious improvement -- for all the strong aroma and creamy gooeyness, the Vita-Shell WAS a better product in the long run, but were all stuck buying this new runny stuff because obviously theres no Vita-Shell available to purchase anywhere, anymore. Ill have to continue to use this product because there is nothing else, dont want to dump anything dangerous on my turtle like scented baby oil meant for people. Maybe in a few more applications Pooters shell will be a little glossier -- the carapace still has a bit of a worn look although he is in otherwise fine health and looked especially plush after his Vita-Shell treatments. Plastron looks good, though, with this item.

Its an ok cream havent really seen amazing results on my tortoise shell. It probably takes more that 3 applications to see better results. I will keep using it and see.

Should have heeded the other reviewers that this product isn’t worth the price and the irritation, mess and waste!-As one reviewer said, just use coconut oil (the main ingredient) to rub into the tortoises’ shell! Won’t bother returning the mess back to Amazon, will use the spilled oily mess out of the bag and NOT buy again.
