I love all The Natures Sunshine products, but this calcium product is the best. It is easy on the digestive tract and is non binding. Important when you have to take 2400mg daily!

I sleep better with taking these. My doctor recommended 3 a night for me right before bed and my sleep has been so much more restful. I started taking these for my back spasms at bedtime. It calms them so I can sleep.

Health Practitioner said one way to check if calcium/magnesium supplements work is if they dissolve in a cup of water in less than an hour. This tablet is shaped oblong so easy for me to swallow, and no obvious flavor noted. Supplement dissolved in water I think in less than 15 minutes! ( so, readily usable to body). Not expensive.
