I sleep better with taking these. My doctor recommended 3 a night for me right before bed and my sleep has been so much more restful. I started taking these for my back spasms at bedtime. It calms them so I can sleep.

Love this stuff! My chiropractor suggested this for menstrual cramps of all things and it Helps tremendously. My husband now also takes it for leg cramps.
