I usually skip every other year for NBA 2K games. I picked up 17, because hell yes Kobe. Skipped 18. Skipped 19, because hell no LeBron.

No virtual currency if you don’t want virtual currency you could’ve easily bought the regular version seems like I paid the full price for the regular game and not the Kobe edition with the 100,000 as promised .

Taking advantage of the younger generation. The game is 5% better than 2k21 and the shot meter is ridiculous. Here’s the thing... your my player WONT transfer to next gen so what’s the point in spending $100 on losing your progress? On launch many people didn’t get their vc, the game didn’t download correctly for some, and I pre ordered this 2 months before release and it NEVER shipped the day of release. I cancelled and found it dropped $10 to $89 24 hours after release. Garbage game and even though it upgrades to next gen for “free”. The 2k effect is real and they take the younger generations money year after year “who cares I enjoy the game let me just buy it”. Then they wonder why there a monopoly!! Games trash plau 2k20 for now

Mamba Forever Edition rewards are not being received. Emailed 2k a week ago and still no rewards just the same email stating what the rewards are and how to submit claim. Followed their instructions and still nothing. 2k is proving to be quite the criminals. Charge you extra and not give you what you paid for.

This 2k game is excellent! Its faster than last years 2k20 and has way more options to play and have fun! Ive been playing 2k games for almost 20 years and they get better every year.. Rip Kobe..

this game looks similar to last year with a very short but good mycareer story, they changed few things, the new shoot meter is ok if you arent playing online I mean you can easy shoot with the right stick but online you have no time to see the meter and adjust it, I hope they fix that, otherwise you are mostly shooting blind with memory muscle, I like the new ray traced reflections in the courts of myteam triple threat, thats where it looks better than last year, well I played it on ps4 pro Im not sure if regular ps4 has those ray traced reflections as well, I got the mamba edition it comes with 100k vc and a bunch of packs if you like that, the ps5 version is also included and it wont carry over mycareer its suppose to have a new one, I hope is more packed with stuff, I dont mean this one is bad actually I like it more than last year, its just it felt less worked all around, the gameplay is polished, a little bit harder in certain modes, but overall a great game to just chill or play with folks
