> 3 dayUnfortunately after 30 days, when I went to use my neck cooler, I placed it on my neck and things went from bad to worse! Honestly, the cooler was extremely hot on my neck, then I could smell some wires burning. After removing the neck cooler, the smell of crossed/burned wires was horrendous. Because of the smell, I still have it outside on my porch. I wanted to return it and replace it with another brand of neck coolers but Amazon is saying I cant get a refund as its been over 30 days! (My 30 days expired yesterday, August 6th!) Is this fair as it is a damaged neck cooler? Shouldnt I qualify for a refund?

I really like the rechargeable battery that it comes with. It is a long-lasting battery and has a battery percentage display on the side. I will be ordering additional fans for my family members for the upcoming summer months! I highly recommend this product!

Greater than one weekI bought this to use while camping, walking, mowing the yard, fishing, and for watching football games. I have been satisfied with it so far. It is quiet but I have found that I have a hard time hearing other talk when it is on high. It has a long battery life as I have used it for over an hour on high.

It’s also light weight so it wasn’t bothersome around my neck. The charge lasted the whole day. I highly recommend this product to everyone. Perfect for anything outdoors or indoors. It is bladeless so nothing gets caught in my hair. This ne k fan is great when hot flashes come on. Great to use when at outdoor events.

The fan is lightweight and easy to use. My only wish is that the highest setting produced more air and had airflow at the base of your neck. Otherwise, it’s as described.
