HP MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL SERVICE, DO NOT TO BUY, PRINTER WILL NOT PRINT UNLESS YOU PAY FOR MONTHLY PLAN WENT ON HP WEBSITE TO CANCEL THEIR HP SMART FEE (WHICH NEVER WORKED) AND THEY MAKE YOU CALL TO CANCEL, ALSO IF YOU DONT PAY MONTHLY YOU CAN NOT USE THE PRINTER WITHOUT MONTHLY SERVICE PLAN, THIS PRINTER IS SO BAD IT IS NOT SOLD ON HP WEBSITE ANYMORE, WORST COMPANY EVER.......

The Tango X is compact, has great print quality, prints quickly, is easy to set up, has a nice case. Highly recommend!

We got rid of my old HP Laser printer back in March to replace it with this HP Tango X, my wife like that it was smaller and better looking than the old workhorse. We dont print much so it seemed like a good fit. It hasnt been a year and we just replaced the black cartridge for the first time. The top panel to access them gets stuck requiring a mix of pressing down and lightly pulling up with a coin or screwdriver to get it open. After I replaced the black ink only, I got a pop up asking if I replaced the cartridges with genuine new ink. I said yes and now it says I replaced the color cartridge with a used or counterfeit one. It wont print in color at all anymore. This is the original color cartridge that came with the printer... I spent almost an hour between using the consistently crashing HP Smart app and the HP virtual support with no answer. It asks me if I want to contact live support but then says my purchase date (11 months ago) is outside the warranty period and talking to a person is not an option. It also wont print directly from chrome on PC for some reason. I need to open adobe, word or use my phone to print documents.

Nice size. Takes up very little room. Fast printing. Sign up for monthly ink service which is reasonable and they sent you the ink when its low. Easy to use. I love this printer.

So. It does not scan. Okay cool. If you want it to scan use your phone to do so. Okay fine. Pay monthly? You can have it back. Almost $260 and its not worth the headache. Im not excited about this one.

Exactly as I expected, easy set up, easy to use

I bought this printer because it is small and I could travel with it. I a month I have spent close to 10 hours on the phone with 3 different support techs trying to get it to recognize the network I am on. I just got off the phone after 2 1/2 hours and the issue still isnt resolved. I was going to be transferred to a specialist because the tech couldnt figure it out (3rd time). I will try to get my $$ back but I doubt it. It is worth throwing it in the garbage ($249) to get rid of the frustration.

Effortless operation, quality printing, and user interface is easy. Great compact size- full size printing and scanning with no wasted space. Perfect fir Ipgone 12-14 and others.
