Nice size. Takes up very little room. Fast printing. Sign up for monthly ink service which is reasonable and they sent you the ink when its low. Easy to use. I love this printer.

I love the fact that it’s small to begin with that as the whole reason of finding the next printer in my life. Then I did my research for the best ones and this one was the latest smallest regular printing / scans documents / mobile fax / picture printer the best investment you will make thank me later … A definite must buy. I’ll never switch to any others and have my old printer away.

Do you like non-stop paper jams? How about pieces that break off after simple printing attempts? Then boy do I have the printer for you! Oh wait..... you dont want that? Well then, keep it moving. If I could give this printer zero stars, I would. Its an absolute waste of money.

Very underwhelming for the price point and mine was never able to print the color blue no matter how many troubleshooting tips and multiple print cartridges I tried

I bought this printer because it is small and I could travel with it. I a month I have spent close to 10 hours on the phone with 3 different support techs trying to get it to recognize the network I am on. I just got off the phone after 2 1/2 hours and the issue still isnt resolved. I was going to be transferred to a specialist because the tech couldnt figure it out (3rd time). I will try to get my $$ back but I doubt it. It is worth throwing it in the garbage ($249) to get rid of the frustration.

While HP advertises the Tango X printer as an all-in-one, it doesnt have a scanner. Instead, you can scan and copy a document through the app by using your smartphones camera. Which is what I can do for free anyway on my own phone without spending extra $$. It took me almsot 3 hours to set it up only to learn its not what I thought i bought. I needed a scanner to scan stacks of documents and occasionally print. This was false advertising, this machine is not all in one. What a shame this was presented to sell this way. Waste of time and money. Returning ASAP

HP MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL SERVICE, DO NOT TO BUY, PRINTER WILL NOT PRINT UNLESS YOU PAY FOR MONTHLY PLAN WENT ON HP WEBSITE TO CANCEL THEIR HP SMART FEE (WHICH NEVER WORKED) AND THEY MAKE YOU CALL TO CANCEL, ALSO IF YOU DONT PAY MONTHLY YOU CAN NOT USE THE PRINTER WITHOUT MONTHLY SERVICE PLAN, THIS PRINTER IS SO BAD IT IS NOT SOLD ON HP WEBSITE ANYMORE, WORST COMPANY EVER.......
