These hooks held Christmas decor to metal door when other magnets fell. Great quality and strength. Purchasing more!

Bought these magnets to hang utensils and hot mitts off my range hood. The 100 lb rating allows them to do a whole lot more. Hand tools can be hung with safety when not in use. Coats and raingear will stay in place. A handbag or backpack, so many uses. Ill have to buy more for my familys home.

***UPDATE**** The seller contacted me after I posted my review. They sent me a very thorough message about how a fridge surface is not the ideal placement for these hooks because it is too smooth, heavily painted, and not of a very strong steel material. They suggested I try another location (sadly I cant as there are no other magnetic surfaces in my apartment) and even included photos proving the strength of their hooks. They also offered me a full refund and allowed me to keep the hooks for free even though I said in my review that I intended to keep them because for me, they are useful for light weight items on a fridge. Honestly, I have to say this level of customer service blew me away and I have to update my review to 5 stars! The seller didnt have to do that and its a kindness I never wouldve expected! My bad for not understanding that fridges arent the best places for these and after seeing the photos they provided, I am quite convinced that these are quality hooks that could withstand the suggested weight when attached to the proper surfaces. 5 stars for this seller! Its amazing to see someone both stand by their products and go out of their way to satisfy the customer! I would definitely buy from you again!! These are my second set of magnetic hooks. I read all the positive reviews and decided to give these a try after being so disappointed with some 30lb hooks from another seller that couldn’t even hold a pound without sliding down the fridge. Sadly, these were just as disappointing. It’s true that they do hold more weight if hanging vertically but 100lbs is a gross exaggeration. I bought them to hang cooking utensils and a fry pan from my fridge to keep my tiny kitchen organized and clutter-free. These are good for light weight utensils but they couldn’t hold a medium sized pan without sliding down. I’m keeping this set because it does help for smaller items and I like having all my utensils in one place and ready to go when I need them, I’m just bummed they can’t hold more weight. Also a bit of a warning, be careful about sliding them around your fridge, they scratched mine up pretty good. It’s only noticeable up close, don’t think it’ll hurt my rental deposit or anything but definitely something to watch out for.

I bought these to use on a cruise. My original intention was to use them to hang towels and swimsuits. Ended up using them to hold an over the door organizer. I had bought that for the cruise as well but the hooks it came with didn’t work on the door. I had tons of stuff packed into the organizer and the magnets held it the entire time. We had it on the outside of the bathroom door. You can imagine how many times that door was open and shut over 7 nights and the magnets didn’t slide once. We had to slide them to the edge of the door to get them off, they were that strong. Do not hold two at one time in the same hand! To store after, I put a thin piece of cardboard between them.

They are strong. How strong? They claim 130lbs, demonstrate 105. How accurate that is I dont know but they are strong. The hooks have to be screwed in and tend to loosen up. A dab of Loctite will remedy that.

These are so strong I couldn’t get over these tiny hooks to be so strong even taken them out of the package was a struggle lol. I have one side of my refrigerator for small items and they are just perfect. I can probably hang a pot on one of them ….great purchase

These hooks really hold! Bought them for a cruise, but have been testing them. One held a bag full of books without budging. So excited! Super glad I ordered these! Buy them. You won’t regret it!

Using these on a metal wall and works well.

It really is a very strong magnet. However, the magnetic side of it is quite rough so be careful putting it on something that could potentially get scratches. especially when you take it off, dont drag it on the surface.

Its a magnet hook in the end and there are a lot of factors that will influence its overall performance. I did not really expect it to hold 100 lbs as advertised in my real world applications(substrate composition, paint, etc.). So try and use what you know about magnets and physics to make an educated assesment and temper your expectations, my point being-you would need a considerable sized base magnet to really hold a 100 lbs. That being said, this product performed exceptional and was able to hold what I needed it to hold. I was able to reproduce failure at 6 lbs on my refrigerator but on my all metal cabinets it held up to 25 lbs. So my ratings are based on what the product does for me and my expectations and not on what the advertisement claims were.
