Nero Platinum 2019

I downloaded 2020 from their site. Had to install 3 times. Never had a problem with earlier versions from disc. Ask 3 separate pre purchase question directly on 3 separate occasions. Never received an answer. Very buggy program. Have sent 2 support tickets and never received a response outside of the computer generated we will get back to you, so support in non existent. Pretty crappy.

I bought this product for a video editing software but it is so much more than that. The restore deleted files option is amazing. I had no problems installing it to Windows 10. Those that have problems must have a very low end machine because my computer is 8 years old and I havent had any problems.

At one point Nero was the only multimedia bundle that was worth spending any money on. It isnt like they ever had any real competition, because Roxio and Cyberlink were always the bad jokes of software applications.

Absolutely useless for the reason I purchased it. Says it can rip dvds to your computer, but cant decode copyright protected dvds or even rip a burnt DVD. There are free online programs that can accomplish this. Shame on me perhaps for not doing better homework, but it does have a program that claims to accomplish this. Not the case unfortunately. What a waste.

I have no doubt this Nero suite is great IF you can get it installed on your system. My computer met the requirements, but the error repeatedly came up that the installer was no longer responding. I never could get the program installed on my computer. I read other reviews and many others were experiencing the same problem. I would recommend waiting for the next version for major renovations on this program since the installer is faulty. I returned the product and got a refund.
