I havent been able to use any of the thread due to illness. I am greatly pleased with the shipment and I love all the colors that I ordered. The order was exactly what I needed and expected. I am sure, once I begin using the thread, that I will be satisfied with the sew out and appearance as well. Based only on appearance (not sew out) I must say that I will be ordering more from this seller.

I highly recommend this collection! I run an Etsy embroidery business and frequently use New brotheread variegated threads in my designs. The threads hold up well to my multi-needle embroider machine with very few to no breaks. My only wish is that the company permanently label their cones instead of paper labels on the top. Overall, these embroidery threads are a wonderful value!

Exactly as described and beautiful

The thread itself is very good. I had no problem using it. Five stars for quality. One star for thread change frequency. Two stars overall for lack of information in the product description and the disappointing results. The color only changes every 12-18 inches, so my deer looked like a zebra. The initial photo of the deer while stitching used V-004 for the first thread layer. The second photo is the finished item and the stripes are only somewhat disguised/muted. The photo on a white background is the original design. The rooster inside the heart was supposed to look like the original design shown on the white background. There are only four color changes on the rooster and I used four variegated colors. The heart used one variegated color. The heart outline was stitched first, then the dots. Very disappointing. No mention anywhere of the frequency of color changes by New Brothread. It is very difficult to know how the colors will really look before using them, so in the future I will at least do some close zigzag sample stitches of the colors before ruining another project. I cannot think of any design for using these variegated threads. Ill give these to my sister for top-stitching quilts and I will find another brand. Note that I purchased this thru the warehouse (As a returned item? Perhaps I should have done the same!), but it is New Brothread 25 colors variegated thread. I think some of the photos from other reviews of this product were not actually using this variegated thread.

Excellent product and service!

What fun - my first embroidery machine and even skipping the embroidery part and just using the built in decorative stitches this thread is so much fun. Love the colors although I have only played with five of them. Works well with my machine and looks beautiful - lots of shine.
