> 3 dayI only bought this for taking notes on OneNote, but it was such a let down. I would constantly experience lagging. I bought the Surface Pencil with it, and I have to say that the palm rejection is bad, very annoying. I had very high expectations to try a windows tablet, but after using it, its just not worth it. The user experience is not smooth at all. The software is not optimized for this. For a 2020 product, this is just not acceptable. Im returning it.

> 3 dayI made a mistake. The surface is designed wonderfully but . Microsoft has really disappointed me. My surface is unusable. I am in settings constantly trying to understand the outdated help section. My new device is full of malware and its worthless. Im hoping to trade it on a more advanced program that has new help for me not dated 2010!

> 3 dayThe tablet is very good design, I bought for my 10 year old twins, and they love it. It is perfect for them to take to school because of the size, I suggest to buy a good case to protect the tablet.

> 3 dayI set this up as a time clock in a workshop and it works great for that application. Its a basic tablet so dont expect much out of it but it works well for simple day-to-day tasks.

> 3 dayAmazing product...for 3 days. I bought this product hoping to use it for school and work, I even went so far as subscribing for office 365 which will now be taken as a loss. I set up folders and etc for each class. Last night it updated by itself as most electronics do, after the update my wifi settings disappeared and did not come back so I had no access to WiFi or any other internet related data/information. I tried trouble shooting and it came back stating something about the wifi adapter hardware, so I restarted it in hopes that would fix it...that didnt work so I reached out to microsoft, they were helpful and tried hard but in the end we decided to do a hard reset/reformat it...heres where it goes bad. After the reset I was attempting to register everything and put my info in and it wouldnt let me without connecting to wifi...lol well wifi settings dont show and no networks showed so I couldnt continue...so basically it became useless after the update so I returned it for my money back and will not be buying another tablet from Microsoft. Its unfortunate as I spent a lot of money on it, as well as getting a case, pen, office 365, and keyboard which I had to return as well.
