This stuff is great for soaking up or catching oily substances without soaking in water. I had a specific need to remove kerosene from a sump well when a pump seal failed, without soaking up water. Some strips of this over a few days cleaned that up quite nicely. Also great for placing under items that may leak oils or when servicing them and you dont want water collecting in the pad.

Really like their products, the thicker mat absorbs alot. Had a oil disaster on a job site, SO glad we had the pig! Had to pay for shipping.

I used this product to cut into squares to absorb condensation on my soda machines. Absorbs well, just goes too limp when wet. Dries fast as air flows thru and dries it out! Just wish it was slightly thicker, making it stand on edge better.

PIG are absolutely the best to use in the engine room. Spend the xtra $$ and get the thicker ones!!

I Have used this product in the past .It is a good product these appear thinner. However amazon didn’t bother to send me a delivery confirmation photo like they usually do box was taped up and damaged (see photo)possibly missing product.
