This is not the standard, North American version of the game. Its the European version. This should be made clear in the product description to avoid confusion.

I bought this because my whole family loves playing Mario Bros. We used to play this on the old nintendo systems that we have had. We have had them all! The shipping was great, the package arrived on time and we all have been playing it since it arrived.
