> 24 hourI was so excited to receive this piece of luggage! Until I opened the box. Its an obvious returned item. No zipper pulls. The inside was all unzipped. Random pieces of packaging; cardboard and styrofoam (blocks and the little pieces of it) all over the inside. Marks on the outside. Makes me double think ordering again. So disappointed. Id return it if I wasnt leaving and needing it this weekend. Grrr...
