Greater than one weekThis is the 3rd bag I’ve bought from LightningX. The first one (black) was a step-in bag. It held bunker gear fine and was sturdy when not full, but 3 zippers completely broke off after not even 3 months of light use. So then I bought the extra large (tan) bag in ripstop to replace it. It was flimsy when not full but held my full bunker and wildland gear which I liked, plus more, lots of space. However, after about 5 light uses the “ripstop” ripped slightly, and after 3 more uses another section of “ripstop” got a huge rip in it (again, with LIGHT use-like moving it from my truck to my station locker, 8 times)...so it deemed that bag inoperable. Next, I tried this bag. Really like it as I didn’t like the extra large bag- was too big for me given how flimsy it was. Plus I decided to use another bag for my wildland gear. This new bag is a little flimsy when not full although now the shoulder strap does not stay tight, so once I drape it over my shoulder it slides loose and sags really low. Of course it was 6 uses later and 40 days out from my purchase when it happened (and now happens everytime), so I can’t return it. So annoying. I’ve tried 3 times now on different styles and spent considerable money, yet lightning X has not replied to any of my issues after trying to reach out several times for each bag I owned. Ended up throwing my old two bags away (got no more than 10 uses of each bag), and now this one’s strap doesn’t hold after 6 uses. Bummer as I was really expecting these bags to hold up. This is after really light use, folks, I’m a volunteer and therefore only use it here and there versus a career FF. If you have any need for a long term bag which is quality, then I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

> 3 dayI purchased this bag for use during training. The pockets are just the right size. Helmet pocket fits my helmet & facepiece. The center has plenty of room for full turnout gear, extra clothes, gloves, rope. I use the end pocket for water, wallet, & other essentials. The bright color makes it easy to find in a sea of black & red bags.

> 3 dayTerrible. Had this bag for a month and the stitching is already ripping out of the bag along with the shoulder strap

> 3 dayBought this for my firefighter in training. It fits all of his bunker gear like a charm, and room to spare. Great quality bag. Comes in different colors which worked out well since others in his class ended up purchasing the same bag. There’s a spot for an ID so I made my future fireman a cute name tag for it

> 3 dayExcellent bag. Love the different pouches. Slightly small main compartment.. I’m a small female and I still have to stuff my gear into the main compartment (boots, pants with filled pockets, coat, and facepiece)

> 3 dayThe bag ripped along the zipper when I was putting my gear in it for the first time. Also when I was carrying the gear bag with the shoulder strap the strap began to rip from the bag. Cheaply made. Next time I will be sure to spend the extra money for a better bag.
