Worked fine for a couple of months, then just decided to stop charging controller (on either controller dock)...plugging and unplugging the USB C connector on the back seems to do something but it just goes right back to not charging (regardless of what mode the PS5 is on)

This is the easiest thing to use and set up. It seems to work really well! It’s been 3 months now and has worked flawlessly so far. ONLY “issue” we’ve had is the controllers have to be placed on the charger in a particular way but it doesn’t take very long to figure it out!

After 4 weeks of use, the cooling fans made so much noise I stopped turning them on....

My main issue with this is my remote only charges when my ps5 is on. But while my ps 5 is on I’m always using and playing with my brothers. So the charge duck it’s become very inconviecne that I have to put all my remote back and left ps5 on just to charge it. Kind stupid honestly
