> 3 dayDespite all of the documentation stating it would reach 401° F on level 4 the device will not get hotter than 307°. I tested using 2 different infrared thermometers. I reached out the company multiple times with no response. I will be returning. I have used the cutting mats from this company for years with no issues which is why I tried this item.

> 3 dayIt never turned on..arrived broken. Super disappointed, and with projects piling up, I just ran to the store and bought a Cricut mini press. More expensive, but at least it turns on. Ive already started my return, just need to drop it off.
