> 3 dayThese are great controllers, I got the blue and yellow set because I wanted a variety of colors... Way too expensive though. Probably will buy generic colors next time around

Greater than one weekThis is an excellent product for the whole family. Loving the Mario kart 8 with these controllers. Just one thing to remember is that the microSD card must be a U3. The U1 will work for one game only but then you will get format issues when trying to download others games. Also games are more expense on the Nintendo online website versus buying it from the store.

> 3 dayThe Joy Cons that came with my switch worked fine, after a year and over 1,000 hours of playing Mario Maker 2, probably the most button mashing game on the switch, everything was fine. I kept hearing everyone complaining about joystick drift and thought they were just whining or making things up but then all of a sudden while building courses in Mario Maker the joystick would drift right yet when actually playing a level and other games it was fine. I bought a second set of Joy Cons and waited till the original joy cons drift was so bad I couldnt take it. I then started using the brand new joy cons and within 2 months those started to have drift. Its only the left Joy Con that really acts up. Nintendo has a warranty site to turn in your joy cons to get them fixed yet Im still waiting, months later, for them to get back to me. And even if they do get back to me Im sure Ill have to pay for shipping and what not. Its the usual warranty scam. They make it so complicated and non-convenient, including making you pay for shipping, that its just not worth it to send it in yet they can technically say they are taking care of their customers. So at the end of the day if you get joy con drift get the aftermarket but Nintendo Certified left joy con. It comes with an actual D-Pad but it does not have rumble and batteries so you can only use the controller in portable mode. Whats even better is that being that these Joy Cons are failing left and right they are hard to find and cost even more money, what a business model. One more thing, youll see people selling a joy stick kit, to replace the joy sticks yourself. I did that as well, the first joy stick I replaced did not recognize when I hit right, the second one I replaced would not go left even after calibrating it and all. Might have been a fluke but I doubt it. There just isnt any good options.

Greater than one weekWe have two other controllers we had gotten for our son with the Nintendo switch for Christmas and they work GREAT! I decided to buy two more so we can all play at the same time but, when we take the yellow and blue controllers off the counsel we have to keep trying to find the controllers on the switch sometimes it works but most of the time it will not work if it’s not attached to the switch counsel it’s VERY frustrating and these were NOT cheap.
