While this item did arrive on 11/21 instead of 11/18 per the order, the item was as advertised and in good condition. The tracking provided was not helpful as it listed a lot of dates with “arrived at carrier facility” and “departed from carrier facility” no locations of any of these facilities were ever listed so I never knew how close it had come until it was delivered late.

I bought this BRAND NEW. I bought this brand new just to avoid this situation. Although Ive heard Im not the only one dealing with a corrupt system!!! I cant play or download any of the games I bought! Ive tried completely wiping my system causing me to lose ALL my data. Im sorry I didnt return it in time, Im sorry I dont have a car to get the things I need. This is the first thing in a long time that I got something nice...all I want is a replacement nothing more, nothing less. I dont have the money to do this again...
