The game screen is not on since we opened it and I have been calling to get it returned

Haven’t tried it out as yet as it’s for Christmas, came very fast, and looks the part!

The product is amazing. What is not amazing is someone price gouging. I can get a brand new one online from best buy for $199. Just sad

The switch works well it does what it needs to do I would recommend buying this as a as a gift off of yourself as it is a good item to have.

Do not ever purchase from this seller! The product was a scam! It doesnt even work. The product was sent in a flimsy manilla folder. It wouldnt even turn on. I had to return the product. The seller gave me a refund, but subtracted $60 for restocking fee. I had to pay for shipping and return shipping costs. Dont buy! Scam! Doesnt work. Youll be losing $60.
