Left joystick already drifts down significantly, & the calibration (even after many tries) does not address this issue at all. The calibration doesnt seem to do anything for a joystick that at its resting state is already drifting, the calibration only seems to help when you are actively pressing the joystick & it is not interpreting it correctly. Horrible purchase. Why after 20+ years is Nintendo still designing their expensive controllers to break? Makes you wonder whether they are really a hardware company selling software...

Very nice controller. Looks great and has a nice build quality.

The remote itself is beautiful but I was very upset that the Controller box was badly damaged and the controller looked used. I paid $110 for a “brand new” controller that definitely looks used. It was dirty and had dirty spots.

Turns out the dpad is better than most other switch controllers

The controller has stick drift. My villager in Animal Crossing New Horizons moves by herself when Im not even moving the left stick.

Was in a new unopened package as the information described it. Feels great in my hands, the price is high and if you live in a country with import taxes it gets even higher, something that was my case, yet, I love the style of it. Never tried the normal pro controller so cant say much on the entire D-pad thing apart from that it works great on this controller and it feels great. Delivery was extremely quick, something that really caught me off guard since I live in Norway and expected it to take some time. Think I had it in less than a week, and I did only pay for the normal slowest kind of transport. Overall very happy with the product, have also connected it up to my pc so I know also use it with pc games like Rocket League, took a tiny bit of calibration and worked like a charm afterward. 5/5 would buy again. - Bought it from Y&C Promotions
